The use of the ProSystems Services means the User's unconditional consent with this Policy and the terms of processing of his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms the User shall refrain from using the Services.
1. Users Personal Information Processed by ProSystems
1.1. Within the framework of this Policy the "User's Personal Information" means:
1.1.1. The personal information that the User provides about itself on its own in the registration (account creation) or in the process of use of the Services, including the User's personal data. The information required for the provision of Services is marked in a special way. Any other information shall be provided by the User at its discretion.
1.1.2. The data that are automatically transferred to the ProSystems Services during their use with the help of the software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or another program that allows accessing the Services), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.
1.2. This Policy applies only to information processed in the course of using the ProSystems Services. ProSystems shall not control or be responsible for information processing by the websites of third parties where the User may follow using the links available on the ProSystems websites.
1.3. ProSystems shall not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by the User, and shall not be able to assess the User's legal capacity. However, ProSystems shall proceed on the basis that the User has provided correct and sufficient personal information and kept this information up to date. The consequences of providing incorrect or insufficient information are set out in the ProSystems Services User Agreement (//wedforce.com/?p=useragreement).
2. Objectives of Processing of Users' Personal Information
2.1. ProSystems shall collect and store only the personal information needed to provide the Services or to execute agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where the legislation provides for compulsory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.
2.2. ProSystems shall process the User's Personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. To identify the party within the framework of the Services, agreements and contracts with ProSystems;
2.2.2. To provide the User with personalized services and execution of agreements and contracts;
2.2.3. To communicate with the User, including to send notifications, requests and information concerning the use of the Services, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as to process requests and orders from the User;
2.2.4. To improve the quality of the Services, to facilitate their use, to develop new services;
2.2.5. To apply targeting of advertising materials;
2.2.6. To conduct statistical and other studies based on anonymized data.
3. Terms of Processing of the Users' Personal information and its Transfer to Third Parties
3.1. ProSystems shall store the User's Personal Information in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.
3.2. With regard to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases of voluntary provision by the User of information about itself for the use of the public. When using certain Services, the User agrees with the fact that a certain part of its personal information becomes public.
3.3. ProSystems shall be entitled to transfer personal information of the User to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The User has agreed to such actions;
3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User's use of a certain Service or for the execution of a certain agreement or contract with the User;
3.3.3. The transfer is prescribed by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by the legislation;
3.3.4. Such transfer takes place within the framework of sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), and the acquirer assumes all the obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy with respect to the personal information received by it;
3.3.6. As a result of processing of personal information of the User by means of its anonymization, anonymized statistical data have been obtained, which are transferred to a third party for conducting researches, executing works or rendering services on behalf of ProSystems;
3.4. When processing the Users' personal data ProSystems shall be guided by the RF Federal Law "On Personal Data".
4. Processing of Personal Information using Cookie Files and Сounters
4.1. The cookie files transferred by ProSystems to the User's equipment, and by the User equipment to ProSystems, can be used by ProSystems to provide the User with personalized Services for targeting advertising, which is showed to the User for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the Services of ProSystems.
4.2. The User is aware that the equipment and software used by it to visit websites on the Internet can have a function of prohibition of operations with cookie files (for all websites or for certain websites), as well as the removal of the previously received cookie files.
4.3. ProSystems may specify that the provision of a certain Service is possible only on the condition that the receipt and getting cookie files are allowed by the User.
4.4. The structure of the cookie file, its content and technical parameters shall be defined by ProSystems and may be changed without a prior notice to the User.
4.5. The counters posted by ProSystems in the Services can be used to analyze the User's cookie files, to collect and process statistical information on the use of the Services, as well as to ensure the performance of the Services as a whole or their certain functions in particular. The technical parameters of work of the counters are determined by ProSystems and may be changed without a prior notice to the User.
5. Measures Taken to Protect the Users' Personal Information
5.1. ProSystems shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions of third parties.
